Ms. Laumann brings a unique blend of experience to the mediation arena, based on her represention of both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury and property damage lawsuits. As in-house counsel, she represented insureds in a wide variety of personal injury actions, including automobile accidents and slip and fall actions, as well as complex landslide, product liability and property damage actions.
In her representation of individuals injured by others, Ms. Laumann uses her negotiation and litigation skills to maximize recovery for her clients. Ms. Laumann is skilled at listening to each client to hear the outcome most important for each individual, working tenaciously to achieve the best results possible.
Ms. Laumann is frequently appointed as an Arbitrator for Mandatory Arbitration
cases by the Superior Courts in King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties. Ms. Laumann also serves as judge pro tempore in Bremerton Municipal Court. Ms. Laumann
